Bethlehem Berries and Blooms LLC operates a residential plant nursery and provides occasional on-site shrub planting and arrangement services. All sales are final upon delivery or completion of the planting service, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.
 

2. Communications and SMS Messaging Terms
 
By calling or texting our business phone number, or by submitting your phone number via our online contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Bethlehem Berries and Blooms LLC.
 

• Message Purpose: We will use SMS to respond to your inquiries, coordinate plant pickup or delivery times, and manage planting appointments. We do not send mass marketing broadcasts.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your level of interaction with us and your order status.

• Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP message, we will send one final confirmation text and cease SMS communication.
